HSIP is an approved Capital Improvement 10-year plan of $700 million to
address aging infrastructure in order to provide water, reliable power delivery, as well as power regulatory compliance. Program activities are performed in and around operating water and power facilities with additional activities in rugged and remote areas.

 

We provided a Program Safety Manager to oversee construction and enforce contract safety requirements and CalOSHA regulations as per SFPUC Contract Specifications section 00814 Health and Safety of all Construction contracts awarded on the HSIP to include RIM Fire Emergency Program, all other Hetch-Hetchy water and power as-needed construction projects.
