SSIP is the SFPUC’s wastewater capital improvement program
which includes multiple projects to improve the existing San Francisco waste water system. We provided Program Planning, Design,
Pre-construction, Construction, Construction Management and Closeout Management support as well as Program Risk Management support for the Pre-construction and Construction Management services. We developed the Program Management plan, business processes and management procedures to be applied in Pre-construction, Program Construction Management and construction phases all the way to close out.
